Workplace Solutions – Implementation/Client Onboarding (Payroll HRIS Integration), Associate

The Implementation Manager – Payroll Integrations will lead client payroll integration implementations as part of the Client Onboarding organization. The role will focus on understanding client payroll data requirements, translating those requirements into the appropriate integration configuration, and mapping client payroll fields to the required fields within Merge. The successful candidate will be an experienced implementation professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Prior equity share plan experience is not required; candidates with transferable implementation, payroll, data, or integration experience are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with APIs, SSO, or equity compensation is helpful but is not required.
