About Us Fassler Hall is looking for bartenders. Ideal candidates are energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to work in a fun German Beer Hall! Great communication skills and a desire to deliver an awesome guest experience is a must! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer. Provide recommendations to guests on liquor, beer, and wine.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service. Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly. Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed. Qualifications Requirements: Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
