Registered Nurse (RN) - Pool/Flex (Per Diem) Peter Becker Community | Harleysville, PA Looking for flexibility and meaningful work? Join our Pool/Flex Nursing Team and help provide exceptional care to residents in our Continuing Care Retirement Community. Responsibilities Provide direct resident care, assessments, medications, and treatments. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.

Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality, resident-centered care. Promote resident safety and infection prevention practices. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong clinical and communication skills. Long-term care or senior living experience preferred. Schedule Per Diem / Pool / Flex Work based on your availability and facility needs.

All shifts available: Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends, and Holidays. Great opportunity for supplemental income and schedule flexibility.
