• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information. • Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code. Qualifications • Front-of-the house experience. • Ability to be organized while multi-tasking. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults.
• Must have patience, tact and cheerful disposition. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • 1 year of Serving experience
