Full-Time Cook The Woods at Cedar Run – A Personal Care & Memory Care Community Pay: $17.10–$20.00 per hour Do you love cooking and enjoy making a difference in people's lives? The Woods at Cedar Run is looking for a passionate and dependable Full-Time Cook to join our Dining Team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook, culinary graduate, or someone looking to build their skills in senior living.

You'll prepare nutritious and delicious meals while helping create a positive dining experience for our residents. Schedule Full-Time 6:00 AM–2:00 PM 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Every other weekend required Every other holiday required What You'll Do Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established menus and recipes Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and prepared according to residents' dietary needs Serve as a leader in the kitchen during meal service Help coordinate kitchen operations and ensure all tasks are completed Guide and support waitstaff and dishwashers as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Interact with residents and respond professionally to questions or concerns Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents What We're Looking For Previous cooking experience preferred Culinary education or training is a plus Passion for cooking and providing quality meals Comfortable taking the lead in a kitchen environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Enjoys interacting with seniors and providing excellent customer service What We Offer Competitive pay: $17.10–$20.00/hour $1,000 Unlimited Referral Bonus Free Team Member Meal Program DailyPay Bonusly employee recognition and rewards CAR Program based on attendance MAP Employee Advancement Program Tuition Reimbursement Dental and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Company-Paid Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Why Join The Woods at Cedar Run?
