This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support and crisis intervention to individuals in need. What We Offer: · Competitive pay: $22.20 starting, increasing to $22.40 upon completion of training.

· Full-time or Part-time positions for Afternoons 4p-12a and Midnight 12a-8a. · Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the human services field. · Fast-paced and rewarding work environment What You'll Do: · Maintain a clean and safe living environment. · Assist residents with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation. · Provide crisis intervention and support. · Work as part of a team to assess and meet residents' needs.

· Process an individual client intake on site at the time of client arrival. · Participate in stabilization/crisis plan for each client. · Manage a discharge process at the conclusion of the individual’s crisis residential treatment. Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness OR an associate's degree or higher in a human services field.

· Must be able to complete the WCCMH medication training and pass the test · Experience with staff supervision preferred. · High school diploma or GED. · Valid driver's license. · Ability to pass a criminal background check.
