Hygienists have opportunities to: Participate in special data collection initiatives Contribute to UDS and quality improvement metrics Lead or assist with process improvement projects Dental/Medical Integration Help shape preventative care protocols and outreach strategies Beyond providing patient care, this role includes opportunities to participate in quality improvement, program development, and operational initiatives.
