What We Offer with the Open Access Clinician position: We offer competitive compensation, a full benefits package and career advancement opportunities. Minimum rate of $60,900.00 for LSW, LMHC-a, LMFT-a Minimum rate of $72,155 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT Full benefits package Extra pay opportunities Generous Paid Time Off which you begin to earn on the day you start Regular supervision to grow clinical/professional skills Professional development and training opportunities $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time; prorated by FTE Flexible schedule that supports work life balance Full and part-time positions available What You’ll Do as the Open Access Clinician: Primary responsibilities include: Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages presenting for mental health and substance use services in an outpatient setting Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment goals Make referrals to services following assessment Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn Some evening hours are expected Minimum Hiring Requirements: LSW/LMHC-a/LMFT-a required LCSW, LMHC, LMFT highly preferred Experience working with targeted population highly preferred
