Pathlight Community Services is seeking to hire an Assistant Manager (AM) at our Pearl St location. Mission statement: Quality Services for Quality of Life. It is our mission to do whatever is needed to help people meet the challenges of their lives. We offer supported housing and support services to marginalized adult populations. We are looking for someone that can work full time second shift (4p-12a).
Qualification necessary for the position: 1. Must be able to complete required reports and follow written and oral instructions that are related to the care and supervision of residents. 2. A high school diploma or general education diploma or equivalent 3. Must be suitable to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of each resident. 4. Must be capable of handling emergency situations.
5. Before performing assigned tasks, must be competent in all of the following areas: a. Reporting requirements b. First Aid c. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation d. Personal care, supervision and protection e. Resident rights f. Safety and fire prevention g. Prevention and containment of communicable diseases 6. Must be in such physical and mental health so as not to negatively affect either the health of the resident, or the quality of his/her care 7.
