Description Lead Barista Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Lead Barista with strong coffee preparation experience and proven leadership skills to prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks while delivering excellent customer service. This position will support the Bakery Manager in coordinating daily operations, training and guiding team members, maintaining beverage and product quality, and ensuring efficient service.
The Lead Barista will also assist with Bakery production, oven operations, packaging, restocking, product displays, and opening and closing procedures as needed. Schedule includes rotating shifts Monday through Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Lead Barista Benefits: Weekly pay. Free daily meal during your shift. Requirements Lead Barista Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista, Lead Barista, Senior Barista, or Café Supervisor, with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong hands-on experience operating professional espresso machines and preparing coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and other café beverages while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Ability to support the Bakery Manager with daily operations, team coordination, and task assignments. Experience training, guiding, and motivating team members while maintaining quality and customer service standards. Willingness to assist with Bakery production, oven operations, packaging, restocking, and product displays. Ability to maintain café equipment, beverage stations, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to guide team members and maintain efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work full-time rotating shifts Monday–Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
