Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Complete timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
