Quaker Valley Foods, a leading refrigerated food distributor located in Northeast Philadelphia, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support our diverse sales teams. * Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries by phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Answer customer questions and assist with issue resolution. Enter and maintain customer orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist the Credit Department with account setup, billing inquiries, returns, and collections issues.
Coordinate with the Transportation Department regarding late orders and delivery concerns. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed. Maintain and update sales forms and related documentation. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
