Job Description We are seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Media Machine Operators in a highly automated manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting sophisticated media production equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met.

Candidates must be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule and must be willing to travel to Germany for specialized equipment training. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor media production equipment to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation throughout the shift Perform startup, shutdown, and changeover activities for production lines Monitor product quality and work closely with quality personnel to ensure compliance with specifications Identify and troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating when necessary Support new product introductions and process adjustments Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist maintenance technicians during repairs Conduct quality inspections and checks throughout production runs Handle materials, labeling, packaging, and internal logistics activities Maintain accurate production documentation and data entry records Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized manufacturing environment Required Qualifications Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn complex equipment and processes Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and within a team environment Forklift experience is a plus Mandatory International Training Requirement To be considered for this position, candidates must: Be willing and able to travel to Germany for approximately 2-3 months of paid training Possess or be able to obtain a valid passport Be comfortable with extended international travel shortly after hire Successfully complete all required overseas training before transitioning into the full operator role This training is essential as employees will learn directly from the manufacturer's experts on the equipment and production processes used at the Aurora facility.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
