Picker & Packer | New Jersey | 2nd Shift Job Details Position: Picker & Packer Location: New Jersey Shift: 2nd Shift (Starts at 4:00 PM, End Time Based on Workload) Schedule: Monday-Friday (Friday Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Pick and select orders accurately using paper pick tickets. Pack products and prepare orders for shipment. Build, stack, and wrap pallets to meet order requirements.

Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and accuracy. Operate an Electric Pallet Jack safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation standards. Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack experience .

Experience with order selecting, picking, packing, and pallet building . Ability to lift 50-60 lbs consistently and up to 70 lbs occasionally . Previous warehouse experience required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment (33°F-55°F) . Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Produce, food distribution, or cold storage warehouse experience. Experience using RF Scanners . Forklift operation experience. Shipping & receiving experience.
