This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Ability to manage multiple jobs. Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, designers and engineers on identifying changes or modifications for estimates. Requirements: Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge. 4+ years of Estimating field experience working on large commercial controls/building automation projects: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar. Strong technical skillset working with MS Excel, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, other estimating software knowledge is a plus.
