Senior HVAC Project Manager job in Orange County This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities Responsibilities: Oversee one or multiple commercial large HVAC mechanical projects Ensure projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget and that we exceed general contractor and building owner requirements Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and help them grow within the company Track and maintain project budgets and schedules Communicate and coordinate with vendors and internal estimating and purchasing teams Requirements: 5+ years of commercial hvac project management experience working on large commercial projects Local, stable work-history Strong technical skills working with Excel, BlueBeam, and MS Project Preferred: Prior field knowledge and/or Bachelors in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
