Answering Service Agent Role **Earn weekly performance bonuses by exceeding performance expectations (starting at $2.75/hr above New Hire Starting Pay) ** Empathize. Communicate. Resolve. As an Answering Service Agent, you’ll be the professional, friendly voice for the businesses we serve. You’ll primarily handle calls for a designated group of industries and may support other accounts during busy periods, so no two days are exactly the same.

Pay Starting pay: $16.00/hr ($16.50/hr for bilingual English/Spanish) Raise at 4 months: $16.50/hr ($17.00/hr for bilingual) Weekly performance bonuses starting at $2.75/hr above starting pay when you exceed performance expectations Weekly direct deposit and annual performance reviews What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while listening carefully to each caller Complete lead intakes, schedule appointments, and transfer calls to the right contacts Dispatch messages clearly, accurately, and on time Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call records Support customers through live chat, SMS, and email What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure Intermediate to advanced computer skills Customer service experience preferred; retail, hospitality, reception, and call center backgrounds all count Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Schedule: Full Time and Part Time daytime and evening shifts available.

All schedules include one (1) weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
