What You’ll Do: Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience 4+ years of military service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account.
This role will be paid an annual salary with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
