Business Development Jr. Associate - Project Incubation

Company Description - Job Description Assist in planning and managing projects from initiation through to official launch, including defining scope, workflow, budget, promotional schemes, and required resources. Monitor and manage project progress to ensure delivery in line with the planned timeline and budget. Develop and implement processes for planned projects, and continuously improve them based on project evaluations and monitoring results.

Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and other related parties. Maintain proper documentation and prepare clear reports for all project activities. Prepare presentation materials to support project socialization and communicate new or updated processes to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 Minimum 3 years of experience in a financing company with similar responsibilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Fluent in English, both written and spoken
