Key Skills Essential The desire to go beyond 'just programming'. 2+ years experience in Software Development using C# / Java or similar Object-Oriented language.
A "self-starter" who can learn new programming languages and tools quickly.  The ability to effectively estimate work and produce deliverables on time. Knowledge of specific technologies and methods within modern system development Ability to plan and organize one's own work. Accurately report issues and progress Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to use own initiative Ability to identify areas for own personal development An understanding of agile tools and techniques Excellent communication skills Must be willing to do UK-based travel for projects  Must have the right to work in the UK Ability to create and maintain CI/CD Deployment pipelines Good troubleshooting / problem-solving skills Desirable Client-facing experience.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or similar. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure/environments (Azure /AWS). Understanding of Containerisation, Kubernetes / Docker. Automation testing knowledge.
