Job Description Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and professional Marketing Agent to join our Miami team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and contributing to effective marketing strategies. The Marketing Agent will work closely with internal teams and clients to support marketing initiatives, represent client brands professionally, identify opportunities for growth, and help create positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner. Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs. Present products, services, and marketing solutions clearly and confidently. Assist with promotional campaigns and market development initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support future strategies. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity. Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development programs.
