The tasks and responsibilities include: • Assesses, plans and evaluates the nursing care needs of the patient • Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Provides age and culturally appropriate care. • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
