Job Description Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both Over 9 years of business process analyze experience (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus) Required Skills: Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner Experienced database development skills including advanced SQL programming.
