Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Nursing or Personal Care/Assisted Living Full Time Evening Shifts & Part Time Night Shifts Available Every other weekend and holiday required Make a difference every day with a team that values you! What You'll Do as an LPN: Provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centered nursing care Assess and monitor residents' health and well-being Coordinator resident care with the nursing team Document resident progress and changes in condition Communicate and implement care updates to support positive resident outcomes What We're Looking For: Graduate of an approved LPN Nursing program with a current Pennsylvania LPN License Current CPR Certification Working knowledge of MDS Long-term care nursing experience preferred Why Join Moravian Manor Communities?
