Contract-General Maintenance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : · Perform plumbing repairs, including fixtures, sewer lines, and drain stoppages. · Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, hot water tanks, and basic electrical systems. · Install and repair lighting, switches, outlets, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring. · Complete carpentry, painting, drywall, and general maintenance repairs. · Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain common areas.

· Maintain property curb appeal by keeping grounds and facilities clean and hazard-free. · Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members. · Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas. · Duration of the project will last through July 31, 2026. QUALIFICATIONS : · High school diploma or equivalent. · Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance, construction, or related experience.

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. · Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize work assignments. · Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required. No more than 6 points in 3 consecutive years.
