Gymnastics - Assistant Varsity Coach

A Coach is responsible for overseeing the development and success of student-athletes or participants in a specific athletic or activity program. This role includes planning and conducting practice sessions, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Previous experience in coaching or playing the specific sport/activity, with a strong understanding of the rules, techniques, and strategies.

Knowledge of safety protocols, injury prevention, and first aid, with a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all participants. Must have a thorough understanding of MSHSL and District policies and expectations. Availability to attend practices, games, and other team-related events, including evenings and weekends as required.
