Machinist - 1st Shift

Set up and operate machine tools. Perform daily operator maintenance on machine tools. Perform housekeeping of general work area. Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency and cost-saving programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred. Experience: Two years of machining experience is preferred, and experience with CNC is also preferred.

Skills and Key Attributes: Strong organizational and mathematical skills are required. Knowledge and experience in programming, tuning, and milling are essential. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment are also necessary. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
