Per Diem - As Needed Employment. This role supports front desk operations by assisting residents, visitors, and team members while ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all. This role requires professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors Answer and direct phone calls; take messages as needed Maintain a clean, organized front desk Assist with mail distribution, supplies, and basic administrative tasks Support guest services (check-in/out, transportation, general inquiries) Use company systems and report technical issues Follow safety procedures and assist during weather-related operation
