You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT, N7 of COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOUR. Major duties: You will perform advanced financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and strategic financial operations for organizational programs and activities. You will ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive audit trails for all budgetary transactions and decisions, providing transparency and accountability for financial operations.
You will perform advanced financial studies, including cost-benefit analyses and evaluations of alternative funding strategies, to advise management on resource allocation while ensuring strict compliance. You will identify and implement innovative financial solutions to enhance organizational performance. You will apply advanced accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational enterprise financial systems information.
