Major duties: Provides Talent Acquisition operations support and partners with employees and managers by offering guidance, analysis, and recommendations that ensure workforce management processes are implemented compliant, accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.
Resolves moderately complex human resources issues. Performs data entry, monitors, and analyzes human resources and workforce trends/metrics. Collaborates with management and employees to conduct personnel processing, talent acquisition, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, and other related human resources functions. Suggests and conducts implementation of new HR strategies.
Identifies training needs for workforce. Other duties, as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s in HR management or related field.
