LEAD ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

You will serve as a LEAD ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACTS (FSC) BRANCH of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. Major duties: You will conduct monthly reviews and updates of project status, quality control assessments and program evaluations with FMFS Branch Head. You will distribute and balance workload among employees in accordance with established work flow or job specialization and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.

You will maintain program and administrative reference materials, project files, and relevant back-ground documents and make available policies, procedures and written instructions. You will ensure that organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the ET's and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
