This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Major duties: Documents information related to patient's care in accordance with guidelines from the American Physical Therapy Association, the Joint Commission, current protocols and as directed by the supervisor. Initiates, implements, plans and recommends progressive treatment plan of patient's. Tracks procedure's long and storm term effects on patients, of different types of therapy and appropriateness of a specific therapy.
Provides instruction to patients, family members and other health workers to perform selected treatment procedures and functional training activities. Performs complex Physical Therapist Assistant duties requiring knowledge of physical therapy, evidence-based medicine and data collection for evaluations and treatments. Education: FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S.
