This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Performs the duties of a technical product coordinator responsible for significant and extensive coordination and integration of a number of large and/or highly important, complex projects or program segments involving large multi-disciplinary product delivery teams.
Major duties: Perform the duties of a technical product coordinator responsible for coordination and integration of a number of large and/or highly important, complex projects or program segments involving large multi-disciplinary product delivery teams. Establish criteria for development of new contracts, make presentations to the Capital Workgroup, resolve issues, and attend meetings with a wide assortment of professionals.
Develop scopes or work, Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), quality control plans, budgets and schedules, and resourcing of jobs based on knowledge of hydropower facilities. Use hydropower and facility expertise to review portions of plans and specs and distributes to the appropriate engineers and specialist to complete technical reviews. Education: FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S.
