About the Position: This position is located at the Security Operations Training Facility (SOTF) in Fort Bragg, NC. Major duties: Serves as the senior program manager over assigned programs of record for advanced technology development and acquisition and sustainment. Provides administrative program direction for all organization manpower, force structure, budget, and special staff requirements. Acts as the command’s senior civilian, responsible for compliance with the unique requirements of the civilian personnel systems.
Supervises assigned primary and special staff directorates, and serves as the second and higher level supervisor for those directorates. Education: Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
