Position is located in IT DIR OFFICE, FINANCIAL SERVICES, CASH & REPORTING, DCAS PROGRAMMING, ZTOBAB. This job announcement may be used to fill similar positions on other teams in the I&T Directorate.
Major duties: Plan work and sets priorities to be accomplished by subordinate employees, taking into consideration the overall capabilities of the employees. Develops performance standards and evaluates employee performance. As a technical expert, serves as a project leader to oversee and coordinate a staff of IT specialists involved with all phases of the life cycle of a major finance and/or accounting automated information system.
Serves as the primary contracting officer representative for several contracts. Education: Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level.
