Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Oncology Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities: Owns the development and execution of short- and long-term brand /portfolio strategies and marketing plans. Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaigns. Deep understanding of disease area patient journey ,creating needed interventions to enhance patients' outcomes. Build strong customer relationship to gather insights , address concerns and support product adoption.
Track brand performance (sales, market share, ROI) and identify key opportunities and gaps to be addressed. Collaborate with all cross functional stakeholders to achieve shares goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine. 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager. Oncology, Hematology, and Specialty experience is a plus. Strong communication, Creativity skills, problem-solving skills.
