We are currently looking for an independent and proactive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including hiring for fast-growing industries such as Сonstruction, Real estate, Marketing, Fintech and IT. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels. Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills. Guide candidates through the entire hiring process: from the first contact to offer and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems. Requirements Experience in recruitment more than 3 years. Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work in international work enviroment.
