The Opportunity As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, the lookout for a Field Service Engineer who’s hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to tackle real-world tech challenges across our ATM network. Whether you're experienced with ATMs or skilled in electro-mechanical repair, if you’re a sharp problem solving, solution finding, a master on the tools and great with customers, this role could be the perfect fit.

· Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on time in full machine provision. · Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism · Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed · Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development · Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards What You’ll Need Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems ATM experience is ideal but not essential A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right first time.
