We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our environmental services team. Waste Disposal: Empty trash, recycling, and biohazard containment bins daily according to healthcare regulations. Sanitization: Clean and disinfect restrooms, high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and clinical spaces to minimize infection risks. Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, and paper products. Facility Care: Assist with minor maintenance tasks, floor buffing, and setting up rooms for facility events as needed.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, chemical handling procedures (OSHA/SDS), and healthcare compliance standards. Qualifications Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating 4 on, 2 off schedule, which will periodically include weekends and holidays. Experience: Prior janitorial, custodial, or environmental services (EVS) experience preferred; experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is a major plus.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift. Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent attention to detail. Communication: Ability to read instructions, follow safety labels, and interact politely with residents and staff. Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening required for healthcare fac ility employment.
