HR Executive/ Senior HR (Mandarin Speaker)

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. Coordinate outsourced payroll, ensuring accurate monthly inputs (attendance, leave, claims) and timely payroll processing. Handle employee relations and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (leave, claims, basic HR support). Maintain HR compliance and ensure all employee data and documentation are handled with strict confidentiality.

Support the Office Manager and management team in day-to-day HR operations and continuous process improvement. Up to MYR 7,000 Requirements Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role. Experience with outsourced payroll is an advantage. Strong integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a lean team.
