Senior Associate - Development

Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack architecture and advanced technologies . The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making. Must-Have Skills · 6-10 years of overall software development experience. · Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development. · Solid experience with React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. · Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .

· Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases). · Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases. · Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies , and delivery best practices. · Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills. Good-to-Have Skills · Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).

· Knowledge of CI/CD best practices , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). · Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments . · Familiarity with performance optimization, security, and scalability for large platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications. Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and security. Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure high quality and maintainability. 2. Hands-On Development Actively contribute to development using. NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies. Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving and optimizations.

Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications. 3. Advanced Technologies & Innovation Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) . Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling. Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices. Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.

4. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical risk management.
